Chad Smith
Founder & Owner of Smith’s Roofing Solutions, LLC
Hi, I’m Chad, proud founder and owner of Smith’s Roofing Solutions, LLC. I’ve called Conway, South Carolina, home since 1997. My wife and I are raising our family here, including our two wonderful little boys, and we’re proud to be part of this community.
Before I started this company, my journey took a few interesting turns. I studied criminal justice and forensic science at HGTC, balancing classes with hands-on work alongside a local carpenter who also did roofing. I’ll admit, I had a fear of heights at first, but with time and persistence, I not only conquered it, I also discovered a real passion for roofing.
After working my way up to project management and becoming certified in residential and commercial inspections, I realized something important: I wanted to build a business that treated every client like family and prioritized honesty, quality, and communication.
A Little About Me Outside of Roofing
When I’m not working, my main focus is family. Spending time with my children and supporting my wife is what motivates me every day. Being a hands-on dad and husband keeps me grounded and reminds me why I work so hard to protect and provide for those I love most.
We also enjoy homesteading, which connects us to nature and helps us live simply and intentionally.

Starting this business was about more than roofing. It was about helping neighbors protect what matters most, their homes and families. We’re a small, family-owned company that hires locally and treats every client with respect and transparency.
